"The gite was fine and generally well supplied with what was needed. However, this is the first gite we have stayed in where there was no binder/notebook with information about the appliances, attractions in the local area, etc; there was no mention of organics disposal. The lighting was generally poor, ie only one bedside lamp, not two, poor lighting in the main living area. If these were corrected, the rating would be higher. It would have been helpful to have directions to property a week or...

"Arrived at this location to walk into a full floor view from both levels of the house. Open area that makes social time and meal time a breeze. Even though it was March break the deck was amazing with the glass wrap around to eliminate any wind and allow viewing of the sunset over the mountains. Will definitely book again."

"Everything was as advertised, and the view was even better than we expected -- gorgeous view of the river. We went in leaf season, and the property was gorgeous. It was very secluded and quiet, but not too far from things. Everything was clean and well thought out and the hosts were very responsive. We'd definitely stay here again. "

"What a great find! This house has been beautifully updated, but still maintains the rustic feel of a cabin. The house was stocked with everything we needed and the host was very responsive. The summer weather allowed us to enjoy the gorgeous wildflower garden out on the porch. My family enjoyed visiting the beach, local icecream and pastry shops, the Maritime Museum and the Astronomy Observatory."

"I enjoyed two days with friends at this beautiful chalet. It was very clean and had lots of utensils. The hot tub was so good we couldn't get enough although it was -17 outside. Totally recommended!"

"Great location and an incredible view ! Must say a few things though, small details to make it better; Spa is installed with seats facing parking, not the view... disapointing. No simple hooks whatsover to put towels. Downstairs shower drain doesn't work very well. Besides that, very nice place, very modern. We enjoyed it. "

Le chalet est exceptionnellement bien équipé et nous avons également pu profiter du partenariat avec le Manoir Richelieu pour aller au spa. André a été un hôte attentif et s'est toujours assuré que nous ayons tout ce dont nous avions besoin."

"This is a nicely kept house with a well-equipped kitchen. The surroundings are beautiful. The bedrooms are all upstairs with one toilet There is a toilet with a nice shower downstairs, but there is no bedroom downstairs. Lots of places to sit and relax We stayed here in July and did fine without air conditioning."

"Magnifique séjour: chambre confortable, literie au top! Les activités sur le site et à proximité en font une destination unique: montagnes pour le ski, marche nordique, restos de choix, casino, piscines chauffées, tout était parfait….sinon que le prix du séjour reste très élevé et en particulier le coût des restaurants de l’hôtel. "

"I stay here every time I travel between Halifax and Kingston. It’s right off the highway. The staff are super friendly and the place is so clean you could eat off the floor, although that’s not necessary as there’s a nice little restaurant on the property."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Nuage Hotel. I had originally booked for 2 nights, but as we liked the place we decided to stay an extra night. It is an ideal location for exploring the surrounding area. We were able to visit Île aux Coudres, Malbaie, and Tadoussac. When we arrived, the room was very clean, comfortable and charming. The place has a lot of character, it’s one of the oldest historic buildings in the area, from what I’ve read. We were able to enjoy the beautiful view of the river to start the new year off right! Some common areas appeared to be under renovation during our stay at the hostel, so they were not accessible at that time. I can’t wait to go back and stay there during the summer season to see what it will be like! When I returned to town, I realized that I had forgotten some valuable personal belongings, and the lady in charge was very friendly, she was very quick and responsive to help me retrieve my belongings. I really appreciated his help! Thank you very much for your stay at the Nuage hotel, we will be back!"
