"El Capitan was a perfect place to stay. Becky has amazing communication and responds quickly. We enjoyed are stay and the uniqueness of the train car. Easy to get to Canyon and easy to get to Palo Duro Canyon. The train car was very comfortable for 2 adults and 1 child. This stay will not disappoint. Lucy the Great Pyrenees was definitely and added bonus. "

"Our trip to Amarillo for the weekend was a great experience due to having such a nice and comfortable place to stay. Our only problem was a slightly late check-in due to the electricity being out because of a massive dust storm and hurricane force winds (a west Texas haboob!),Traci handled the issue quickly and efficiently and was excellent to deal with.We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if our trips take us through Amarillo for a night or two."

"This home was a great. The location is very central to WTAMU and the host is excellent. Being from out of town it was nice to have restaurants suggested and they did not disappoint. The host offered us a late checkout which we did not plan to use but in the end really needed it after visiting the university all day. It was greatly appreciated and we would absolutely stay here again."

Super close to hike Palo Duro and we did a little shopping in town. Enjoyed a couple local restaurants too! The owner communicated well during unusual windstorms and aftereffects. "

And the softest beds ever - we want the same ones for our own home. Owner is super friendly and helpful, as well as accessible. Only advice - if you are handicapped, thee are multiple steps in the house that might present a problem so do know that. "
