Enjoy the spacious, family friendly backyard with picnic table and fire pit. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen that will suite your cooking needs, including complimentary coffee!
This private home is the perfect place to relax during your traveling adventures!
There are two spacious, private bedrooms with queen beds, perfect for traveling groups or families! The new, queen size fold out couch provides another comfortable area for up to two adults. There is also a travel crib in the bedroom closet.
Enjoy spending time in the large backyard roasting marshmallows or having a picnic dinner and then come inside for games, located in the tv cabinet. This home away from home is a great space to make family memories while traveling across the country! Canyon is a train town and there is a train that comes through town a couple blocks away but it is very quiet in the house.
Make sure to visit the “Grand Canyon” of Texas and the Texas Outdoor musical during your stay! Then enjoy a stroll in the Canyon Square, where you will find unique boutique stores and delicious restaurant options to fit every taste. The quaint town of Canyon has become an exciting tourist destination for visitors from across the US!

Great Location for Palo Duro Canyon State Park

We stayed three nights. The house was everything we thought would be, very clean, well-stocked and Erica let us know all we needed to make our stay perfect. We loved that she stocked the kitchen with a variety of coffees, coffee is a must for us in the morning.

We enjoyed the cottage very much! Perfect location that is within 20min of all the popular spots. We really enjoyed the backyard in the evenings. We definitely recommend this cottage and will be visiting again.

This was the perfect little house for our girls staycation! It was in a well located area and close to the square as well as other restaurants. It’s close enough to the highway that it was easy to go to Amarillo when needed. The house was clean and welcoming! We will stay here again!
