You won't believe this cozy, farmhouse/modern bungalow that is only one block from downtown! Newly remodeled, 2-bedroom on a shady corner lot. A short walk to your choice of several outstanding restaurants, a world famous coffee shop, beautiful boutiques, a great thrift store, an old-fashioned soda shop, a bookstore, a pastry shop and many other attractions. Canyon's town square hosts many activities including a farmer's market, movie night, parades, etc. All complete with many, yummy food trucks. Canyon is also the home of Palo Duro Canyon State park, the "Texas " outdoor musical , and West Texas A and M University.. A 20 minute drive gets you to Westgate Mall and surrounding shopping and dining. Visit Cadillac Ranch, The Big Texan Steak House,and Wonderland Amusement Park,and a zoo. Your hosts are life-long residents of Canyon.

This bungalow was super cute, nicely decorated and very clean. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to a great coffee shop and good restaurants. Driveway parking and outdoor private sitting area was a plus. Many thoughtful extras were provided.

**Amazing Stay with Thoughtful Touches!**
We had the most wonderful experience staying at this property! From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much thought and care went into making it feel like a true home away from home. The Christmas decorations were absolutely charming and created such a festive and cozy atmosphere. The hosts went above and beyond with little touches like hot chocolate and popcorn waiting for us. Every detail, from the beautifully decorated space to the well-stocked kitchen, made our stay perfect. Excellent location for us to explore Palo Duro Canyon. This location was amazing. The bungalow was well kept, clean, and comfortable. Host thoughtfully had small things that other places don't leave for guests... Coffee, creamer, popcorn, sundries. Location was easy access to everything from Amarillo to Palo Duro Canyon. Best VRBO experience ever!

This is an older home that has been very tastefully renovated. It is very comfortable. Glenda is a very gracious and responsive host. The house is in a nice, cute neighborhood with brick streets. It is very close to the downtown square where one could easily walk to shopping, food (Joe Taco), and a fabulous coffee shop (Palace Coffee). Every part of this stay was a good experience.

We absolutely loved staying here. The house is charming with high end finishes and accessories. They went above and beyond on this one. We enjoyed walking our dog in the neighborhood and the town square, which is just a few blocks away. It’s convenient to food and groceries. Couldn’t ask for a better deal. NSO weekend
Great location, love this property. Worked great for two moms traveling up for NSO. Our daughters stayed with us on Saturday evening after the weekend on campus was over. Might be a tight fit for 4 adults sharing one jack-n-jill bathroom but 2 moms and two daughters held up beautifully.

Glenda was a great host. It was perfect for going back and forth to watch our son play his games at WT. It was a 5 minute drive to campus and very close to the square as well. House was a good size with nice kitchen & backyard. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
