"Great place to stay next to the river. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lodge during our trip to Denali National Park. We had a riverside room and the view from our balcony was incredible. The room was very clean, comfortable and just a very short drive to the park entrance. On the downside, the room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. The wi-fi is free for 30 minutes but after that you have to pay an additional charge and we had virtually no cell service with Verizon. This was not a problem for us since our purpose was to enjoy the outdoors and visit Denali. We would absolutely stay there again."

"My husband and I loved our stay at Tim’s cabin. It had everything we needed, was close to Denali NP and quite comfortable. We loved how the cabin was decorated and felt right at home. Tim kindly left some provisions in the cabin for us too! (There is no cell service, but the cabin was equipped with WiFi if you need to check in with people back home). We would absolutely stay here again in the future! Thank you Tim!"

"We loved our stay here. Despite some initial concerns over it being a dry cabin, we both ended up loving this accommodation over all the ones we stayed during our two week trip in AK. It definitely will one of our most memorable and it was a great “off grid” experience. It was an inviting space; cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. Emily and Ritchie have put a lot of thought and consideration into everything a guest might need. It got down to a chilly and windy 30 degrees the nights we stayed but the propane heater kept us warm and very comfortable. Emily made sure we had plenty of water too. The bedding was soft and warm, but as side sleepers, we could have used more cushion or padding (easy fix.) We also got to meet the sled dogs on our last day and were treated to clear views of Denali up on the plateau. Emily also was very responsive to our texts; promptly answering any questions or concerns we had during our stay (like how to use the propane heater.) We enjoyed our stay here so much that we would love to return again some day! "

"The lower rating 4/5 is due to the driveway area on the property which is rough but everything else was great. Partner and I stayed for 4 night. Place was exactly as it said- just right for 4 wonderful days in Denali. Host’s stepdaughter and friend were amazingly helpful for local tips, moose watching, northern lights and blueberries- we saw it all! Place was ideal for long days away and having a comfy bed and hot shower. Would love an electric skillet but everything else was well thought out with everything that was needed for some light microwave use, fridge and comfortable accommodations. "
