"Good points:- Location, 5 minutes walk to the beach. Inexpensive in February. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Free on street parking. Pet friendly. Short drive to Garrucha and Mojacar. Points to improve on:- Sofa bed (used as a sofa) was like sitting on a thinly cover pallet, very uncomfortable. If you have a dog that likes to bother cats, this is the place for them. We had difficulty finding access to the property on arrival as the office is inside the facility and not accessible without telephoning the manager on arrival. "We found the apartment very small the kitchen especially small almost impossible to cook in even though there was everything you could possibly need very well equipped. The towels were very old and like dusters we had to go and buy a couple of bath towels from todo shop there was no toilet paper on arrival no cleaning products to keep it clean the beds were rock hard only one sunbed was usable the others were all broken as were the sun umbrellas the bikes had flat tyres.
