"The hosts were so thoughtful. Walked us to the bus stop to show us the way, recommended restaurants, totally planned our trip to Luzern..even fixed us special tea for our allergy coughs we brought with us. Looking forward to staying there in the future."

"What a horrible experience! It took us almost an hour to drive there, only to find out that the owl "made a mistake" and did not have a room for us. It's been over a week now and we are still trying to get back the money that we paid the owner. ($188 USD). We asked around at the neighborhood and found out that he does all of the time. What I would like to know is why Expedia even lists this property!!!"

Putting a bath tub with bubbles in a terrace overlooking houses road doesnt make it spa boutique. Free breakfast means thr owner would you a day before what you wnat and would cook the same for you. "This was by far the best place we stayed at. The apartment was very big with spacious bedrooms and kitchen. The host was very friendly and cater for all our needs. The dinner was one of the best we had in Switzerland. The location with mountain view was very beautiful and peaceful.
