This place was perfect. Jason & Jennifer made us feel like we've known them as friends all of our lives. The breakfasts they served were delicious. Great location. Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. I'd definitely stay here again and will refer this place to everyone we know going to Canton.

We stayed the weekend at this retreat for a shopping trip. We were very happy with the location and ease of checking in. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. They have really thought of everything anyone could possibly need. The room had everything to make your stay comfortable.

Wonderful Place

We enjoyed our stay at Elken Retreat. Our room was so cute with lots of added touches. All the rooms surround a beautiful swimming pool and the grounds are beautiful. It’s very close to Canton Trades Day which was a definite plus. They also provide breakfast on the weekends and that was fabulous! The hosts are so friendly and helpful. We have definitely found a keeper!!

Hidden Gem

Huge Thanks to the Host Jason & Jennifer. Perfect location, easy access off Interstate 20. We were in town for a wedding and so Happy we found this adorable place. The most comfortable bed, great A/C 😁 Clean, spacious room. Thanks for the treats, bottle water’s. Breakfast was delish !!!! Perfect setting over looking the pool. Highly Recommend Elken Retreat ❤️

Lovely owners and beautiful place

Jason and Jennifer are amazing hosts! They are so welcoming and thought of everything. The little details made our stay extra special. We felt like we were at a friend's house during our stay. The suite was so cute and comfortable. It had a huge shower and the king sized bed gave us a wonderful night's sleep. The pool was gorgeous and we enjoyed being able to come back from a long day of shopping to relax in the pool. Breakfast was amazing both mornings and we enjoyed visiting with Jason and Jennifer as well as other guests during this time. We will definitely book again and again!

Perfect Retreat

The best anniversary get away

Jason and Jennifer are the very best hosts you could ever ask for! They both definitely have hearts for hospitality and they do it well. There are so many personalized small touches that make your stay really nice. The breakfast every morning was phenomenal. Our long weekend was the perfect way to celebrate our anniversary.

Canton's Best Kept Secret B&B

We have no complaints with this adorable B&B, a Hidden Gem in Canton, Tx. The room was just as pictured, clean and well equipped with everything we might need. The owners were attentive and friendly. We will defiantly tell our friends and family about Elken Retreat. Book NOW, you won't be sorry!

We absolutely loved this place. Jason and Jennifer are so great and very friendly. Their attention to detail was great. If you are there for a special occasion ( anniversary, etc) the little extra touches really make you feel welcomed and special(don't want to give away any of their surprises). The breakfast was really good too! I can't wait to go back!

Babymoon/Birthday getaway at First Monday

Jennifer and Jason go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. The pictures, though wonderfully staged, don’t do it justice. It is a beautiful little property with all the amenities one could want. And the breakfast was amazing! Such a sweet family and sweet place to stay for any type of getaway in Canton. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Loved our stay here!

What a sweet place! We were looking for a quick getaway with a pool and breakfast and this was above and beyond our expectations. Gracious and welcoming hosts. We stayed in the king bed room with a very comfortable bed, crisp linens, tv, refrigerator and microwave with many extra amenities. New construction including a salt water pool. Tasty breakfast. Not to mention the great shopping in Canton! We will be back.

Excellent Getaway

My husband and I had an out of country vacation planned for his birthday that had to be cancelled due to Covid. We decided to search for a place not far from home where we could spend a few days stay-cation and boy did we hit the jackpot! Best B&B in Canton TX

This B&B was by far the best I have ever stayed at. Jennifer and Jason were amazing and so kind! They literally had everything you could possibly need in each room. The room was very clean and super comfortable. They have a beautiful pool right outside you can enjoy and also a fire pit to cook s’mores! Jason cooks a delicious breakfast every morning. Just Perfect!

We went for a weekend getaway for our anniversary. The hosts were very attentive and helpful with any request we had. The room was exactly as described. Bed and bedding were outstanding. The room was spotless with lots of tiny personal touches. We will definitely be back! PS If you have time for a massage...DO IT!
