"Dining options were limited and room service couldn’t be ordered from the room via phone or online. Breakfast buffet food was not great. Week nights were quiet in the hotel but it was different on weekends with kids running in the hallway and loud talking and music playing as well. "

"Great property. Staff was very friendly and professional. I love the support they gave to the University of Michigan graduates… balloons, champagne, popcorn. We felt the celebration and excitement as soon as we arrived. The bartender was great, he put the Kings/Warriors game on for us, brought us appetizers… great service and food. "

"Absolutely terrible hotel, however, is closing in a week for renovations (and still charging full price)...room was beat down, paint chipped and coming off the ceiling, either 93 degrees or 50....we left at 7am in a snowstorm just to get out of there..."

"Are we a pleasure staying at Motor City Casino and hotel! Came down for a concert and love that you guys do the shuttle services downtown. All areas were very very clean! Staff always are right on point from check in to check out!"
