This home is not pet friendly. There is an automatic charge of ​$250​ ​if an undeclared pet is found in the rental.
Violations of Maximum Occupancy will result in an additional charge of $75 per extra person, per night plus applicable taxes representing liquidated damages, or eviction of Tenants with no refunds provided.

The Unusable Deck
The property and house were excellent except for the unfinished deck. As can be seen in the picture of the house there is a deck overlooking the surrounding properties, unfortunately, that deck was in the middle of reconstruction and unusable when we arrived, and was not worked on or completed throughout our entire stay. Not having a deck was bad enough but the problem was not communicated to us before our arrival leaving us to contact the management when we arrived. When it was evident the deck would not be completed management did give us a small discount.

Get Away Deluxe
The visit was totally worth the wait. Arrived late on a Sunday afternoon to find the place as expected and then some. Everything was in great shape and the house ready for us to relax. The location was quiet, easy to find and somewhat isolated. Neighbors were there but not there. Looking forward to a return trip in the near future. Thanks for everything!!!
