"I stayed for 1 night only. I was looking for a cheap place near Fabriano, and the hotel delivered. Super clean and quiet. Comfortable. Breakfast had no decaf coffee. all carbs and dairy, no napkin (LOL). Receptionist only spoke Italian. Could not find Wifi code anywhere, and receptionist is only part time. Still. fantastic value for money."

"Allora...... vi ho già inviato una lunga mail alla quale non avete ancora risposto Spero lo facciate presto. Abbiamo prenotato intorno al 10 febbraio. Il 25 pomeriggio è arrivato tramite voi un messaggio (che non abbiamo visto subito) dalla struttura in cui ci si informava che la SPA era chiusa. Il 26 quando eravamo quasi arrivati è arrivato un altro messaggio in cui ci si chiedeva da dove arrivavamo. Giunti in hotel la proprietaria ci diceva che comunque con la prenotazione fatta tramite...

La casa è immersa nella natura, il posto è bellissimo e gode di una tranquillità incomparabile, proprio quello che cercavamo. "The hotel is located in a beautiful original old monastery with excellent rooms. The staff is very friendly and professional. The surrounding space is very nice and there is large swimming pool, a must during hot summer days. Dinning is on a very high level, food is excellent and the meals are provided all day. We will definitely come back again in the future. I can sincerely recommend this facility to everyone seeking quiet, peaceful holliday in a beautiful authentic setting in Umbria. "
