For outdoor enthusiasts, the nearby Arkansas River offers endless opportunities for kayaking or strolling along the scenic riverfront. Mountain biking trails are just moments away, adventure awaits right at your doorstep. The entire property is fenced and private with large shade trees and vines. There's an outdoor fireplace for cool evenings on the back deck. Our retreat features three well-appointed bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and tranquility during your stay. The shared bathroom boasts modern amenities. The house is only a half mile to the Hogbacks Open Space trail system and the exit to Skyline Drive. Just a mile away from the Arkansas River, Royal Gorge Route Railroad, and historic downtown Canon City. Easy access to nearby mountain biking trails featured in Singletrack Magazine. There is a neighborhood park with a playground just a few blocks away. This location offers something for everyone!

Cute House in a Great Location

We had a nice stay here with our family to do the Santa train. Owner was very kind and responsive and property was clean and nice.

This property is so clean and well stocked. We only stayed one night, but it was a perfect location for what we needed. We would definitely stay again if we head to Canon City.

Canon City Stay

This house was beautiful! It had all of the amenities you would need . We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings and we enjoyed the fire pit on the back deck. It was a short drive to the Main Street and restaurants. We would highly recommend staying here if you visit Canon City.
