"Beautiful place with fabulous staff willing to do ANYTHING to make your experience better. Expedia does not tell you it is insanely difficult to drive to and near impossible without 4 wheel drive. "Return trip after many years. Hear/see ocean from room. Wildlife easily spotted.housekeeping and gardens were very clean. Rooms well constructed especially bathroom ( nothing fancy but solidly built). Customer service and waitstaff need hospitality training. "Jaguar’s Jungle is accurate as advertised: a barebones bungalow in the middle of the jungle so read the fine print and don’t expect to be super comfortable. Great wildlife on the property. In our 4 days there, saw toucans, macaws, monkeys, and a sloth — and that’s on the property itself. The owners help arrange tours. We went diving & on a Corcovado tour; both excellent. And the food was great. You can also bring food in and cook in the guest kitchen"

This house was perfect for our family of 6 it sits just up the hill from the beach and across from a little grocery store. Jose was amazing to work with and helped us arrange a boat taxi, carry our luggage, book a number of amazing tours. The outdoor shower overlooking the bay is amazing. Perfect location next to the beach

"The staff was very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. They made using the boats to and from Sierpe quite easy as they answered all questions via whatsapp before we even arrived! We had breakfast and dinner at the restaraunt. Both meals were great! Overall had a great time. The ocean view was definitely a must!"

"Jinetes de Osa is a nice place, run by nice folks. The rooms are spacious and clean. Ours had 4 beds. The room had bars of soap, but no shampoo, conditioner or other amenities. However the biggest miss was knowledge that there are 270 steps to climb to get to the room. The view was spectacular, The restaurant, a separate business, was very good. We booked a tour through the hotel and were very glad we did, we arrived at Corcovado earlier than everyone else and Rolando was the best guide. He was telling the other (younger) guides where to find the animals."
