"Great stay convenient to Bryce Canyon. Property is older but nicely fixed up for the most part. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated many of the extra touches in the room and common areas. Water in the shower changed temperature frequently. Breakfast was good. Free access to a washing machine was very much appreciated! Self checkin and out was easy and smooth. "

The (falsely) advertised "breakfast" was non-existent: there were two muffins, one apple juice and one orange juice for two people for two mornings; there was no response to my inquiry regarding "breakfast"; there were no phone numbers to contact anyone associated with the Livery. To use the covid virus as an excuse for not providing breakfast, and still advertising "Bed and Breakfast" is false advertising. "

"We stayed for 3 days while hiking and exploring Bryce Canyon NP, red canyon and the area. It was very clean, easy to find, and close enough to the Park for us. Cannonville is a very small town with no restaurants or places to shop for food, but you can pick up food in Tropic on the way to the NP."

"This house worked perfectly for our group of 2 families! It was a very nice size and the arrangement of the bedrooms allowed for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make all of our meals there, and with guidance from the host, we just stopped at Clark’s Market down the street for food.
