"Such an amazing week. Thanks to Tanya, our attentive and helpful host, my two kids (and our lab!) and I enjoyed our time. The cottage is well appointed, clean, pet friendly, with rooms accommodate everyone and a gorgeous outdoor space. We took a polar bear swim (late october!) and we're all looking forward to enjoying the cottage and lake next summer. No question, this will be our go to cottage in the Kawartha's. Thanks, Tanya!"

"The house is huge - the furniture is quite shabby - couches on blocks of wood. Beds are falling apart. Only sheets provided not a single blanket in the house and only a couple of towels. The outdoor area was completely overgrown and the firepit had no usable area to sit around it. The decks were huge. There was no bbq that was usable and the canoe was full of holes. "Wonderful area and very practical. I was charged extra for my dog that i was not aware of. Bring your own towels and coffee filters. Even though i stayed 3 nights there were only 3 coffee filters. I drink more than one coffee a day. "

"We spent a family weekend here and found everything to be comfortable and peaceful. The views of the lake and sunsets were spectacular and the time spent outside was quiet and serene. The hosts responded quickly to all queries and were very always helpful. A great time was had by all. "

"It is a decent property with spacious living room and dining area. The property is neat and clean. The only limitation this has is that there is just one washroom on the upper floor, so amongst 3 bedrooms you get only 1 washroom. The most inconvenient part for us when we visited was that the powder washroom was unusable as the lights were not working and since it had no window, it was totally dark. "

"The cottage was spacious and open to accommodate six adults with lots of space to enjoy. The water was accessible for kayak and paddle boarding or boating but a canal and no swimming very close by. The outdoor living space was generous and wonderful as another option with two deck areas, BBQ, and fire pit. "We only stayed for 3 days but it was really nice. Karen and Stuw went out of their way to make us feel really welcome. The secluded location is far enough away from Fenelon Falls to provide some detachment from everything if you want that but close enough to it to get there easily if you don’t. Accommodation was very clean and had just about everything in it that you’d need, especially in the kitchen area. The only thing that perhaps we would have appreciated would have been drapes or blinds...

"Clean and cute. Close to the water. Had all the fixings for four.. No outdoor eating area would be my only complaint. Bring chairs for the beach and campfire only Muskoka chairs provided. "

"Excellent location very responsive host. The only thing that was inaccurate in the listing was the total of bedrooms. On the listing it has eight bedrooms and unfortunately, this place only has five bedrooms and one out of the five bedrooms is a child’s room so it won’t sleep two people comfortably.our group was 6 couples and it was hard to deal with bedroom arrangements. The property lacked maintenance overall. Will definitely rent again in the future but only maximum 4 couples. "

"The pictures do not do this location justice. It's very cozy but not small by any means. Lots of places to relax, play games and enjoy the atmosphere. Property is well maintained both inside and out and the check-in process was very easy. We went to Keswick a few times and lots of nice places to shop and eat there. We will definately come back."
