"The property is lovely & has an amazing view We felt it needed a few more little things such as a kettle,hairdryer, toaster & an iron as it has a ironing board but no iron, as no AC which we were aware off perhaps a pedestal fan would have helped a little .apart from those minor things everything was there that you needed. "We had a one bedroom apartment at this property. The apartment was spacious and clean. The location of the property was very convenient, within walking distance from downtown. The pool was an added bonus. Also, having air conditioning made our stay comfortable. A few things I’d suggest for improvement… we arrived late at night and there were no towels. "The apartment was well located and had a lovely balcony. The Aircon unit and facility to wash and dry our beach clothes was great. The communication from the owners was very good and the check in/out process was very straight forward. We just would have liked to see some more amenities such as a washing up/drying cloth, wine glasses and better cooking utensils ie chopping knives. These however, are very small suggestions as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"Villa Clizia is a lovely place to stay near the beach and now with the option of using a fully fenced swimming pool that is shared with the owner's place behind. Unfortunately the palm tree is no more. Cannigione is a nice, quiet, unpretentious town in the amazing north of Sardinia. Laconia is a 15 minute walk from Cannigione and has at least three good restaurants and a very nice beach."
