"We have a fabulous stay here. 4 of us with 2 adults 2 14yr olds. Train station 10-15 min walk, great local cafe & restaurant. Close to supermarket. Quiet, safe and stunning. Very kind a very fast to deal with any issues raised."

"This is the second time I’ve stayed there, the first time for my cousins. It’s a lovely B&B, beautiful views of Rome in the distance. Walkable to the center of town very safe and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough for this lovely place to stay in Tivoli. Bellissimo!"

"Hotel is known for its spa, which we didn’t use, but its close proximity to the Villa d’Este in Tivoli and the regional train to Rome is a huge plus. Great breakfast, very inexpensive underground parking, and great staff make this hotel a very nice place to stay. Inexpensive alternative to Rome hotels but still very convenient. "

"This residence is close to the bus and not far from the train. Close to stores and restaurants. Cristina was so helpful and even offered airport transport (self pay). The room included a balcony and shades on the window that would block out the light it is eco friendly since you use a card to turn on the electric. I had a very busy schedule that included an early bus tour so I was not able to take advantage of the included breakfast but there was hot and cold water and a Nespresso machine in the hallway. So even though it was a bit out of Rome it was a perfect place to stay. I would definitely book again. I felt safe waiting for the bus or walking to and from the train."

"Excellent hotel! If you have a car this is a great spot. Close enough to city center by car, ample parking on site. Hotel was extremely clean and recently renovated. Staff was wonderful and very helpful/accomodating. Would definitely stay here again! :)"

"Amazing place to stay! The staff are incredible and the food in their restaurant is some of the best around! If you are not planning on renting a car, maybe stay closer to Rome, but if you have one this place is to die for!"
