Appartement décevant.fils qui dépassent,prises casi arrachées,literie peu confortable,couvertures datant de ...des couettes seraient plus hygiéniques,ménage fait vite fait il ne faut pas regarder de prêt!pourtant l appart pour 3 est spatieux.nous y étions en janvier,la vue sur la cour intérieure horrible ...impression d'être dans un quartier social et non une Résidence de vacances.les gens mettent sur leurs balcons des frigos et autres choses embarrassantes,la piscine vidée comme laissée à l'abandon ...certes nous sommes en hiver...et ne parlons pas quand on va rejoindre sa voiture...on se sent pas rassuré...je ne laisserai pas mon enfant aller seul porter des poubelles!pourtant rénové cela pourrait être un très bel espace!mais vu le prix 80€ pr deux nuits à côté de Cannes à 3...voilà quoi!

Positiv Überrascht!
Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Studio. Wir hatten einen Balkon mit seitlichem Meerblick. WLAN konnte man für 2 Wochen für 20 Euro erhalten. Der Spinnt kostete ebenfalls 20 Euro. Dafür ist die Miete nicht so teuer. Vom Pool waren wir angenehm überrascht. Er war sauber. Es gab einmal einen Pool zum Bahnenschwimmen und einen Pool in dem es nicht so tief war. Der Strand war nur wenige Meter entfernt - nur durch eine kurze Unterführung gehen. Der Strand ist an dieser Stelle wirklich gut. Das Hotel wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich Empfangen und auch verabschiedet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle - keinen Backoffen. Handtücher und Küchentücher müssen mitgebracht werden. Bettwäsche gab es. Parkplätze gab es direkt an der Straße genug. Können aber auch für 7 Euro pro Tag gemietet werden. Wir haben aber immer an der Straße geparkt. Wir waren die kompletten 2 Wochen super zufrieden!

Een Supergoede Vakantie in een prima Appartement
We kwamen voor de negende keer In Cannes Beach ,maar 2 jaar geleden veranderde er al veel. Voor baddoeken moest je ineens betalen en ook voor schoonmaakpakket. Maar vorig jaar vonden wij nog meer veranderingen ,Bij het zwembad zat geen badmeester meer zoals 7 afgelopen jaren maar iemand van de beveiliging en je moest ook een bandje aan je arm,elke week een andere kleur! Het was ineens niet meer zo druk aan het zwembad! Ook dit jaar waren er veranderingen,ik heb het idee dat er veel appartementen verhuurd worden aan Polen en andere mensen want zijn buiten veel brievenbussen geplaats voor deze mensen! He is niet echt meer een vakantieplaats zoals in het begin toen wij hier voor het eerst kwamen!!! Maar ons is het nog steeds goed bevallen!!!

Court séjour à Cannes la Bocca
Très agréable sejour à la résidence Cannes Beach :Calme , bien située par rapport à la proximité : de la plage ,des commerces ,des arrêts de bus. Bien spécifier que la réception est fermée le mercredi ( si c'est le jour de votre arrivée)prendre contact directement avec la résidence. Accueil très chaleureux et compétent des hôtesses à la réception. Seul petit bémol : oublie de la carte parking dans le dossier le premier soir.......

hotel calme pour la période du mois de mars,proche de la plage , a coté de toute commodités, pas trop loin du centre de cannes par bus 5 a 10 minutes ,ses parties aquatique viellent mal , studio idéal pour une petite famille, bien équipé,confortable. je le recommande aux familles dans cette période de l'année car en été j'imagine que c'est trop bruyant.mais vu ces prix c'est le top.

Les parties communes sont défraîchies. Beaucoup d'appartements sont occupés a l'année, avec tout qui encombre les terrasses(frigos, fours, linge etc.) Ambiance HLM. Les draps étaient sales à la sorties des housses, la cafetière cassée. Avec la réception qui ferme a 19h, pas moyen de réclamer. La première chambre sentait la cigarette, nous avons du changer. Cours intérieur qui résonne entre les bâtiments.Rentrées de soirées bruyantes.

bon séjour
j'ai passé un très bon sejour, l'appartement etait propre grand et tout équipé. ce n'ai pas le grand luxe mais l'état général est bon et pas vieillot. j'ai eu la chance d'avoir un balcon avec vue sur la mer. La prochaine fois je demanderai le même emplacement si possible . La réception agréable et serviable. Pas grand chose à reprocher si ce n'est pour etre de mauvaise fois.

More like a hostel for down and outs!
This is the worst experience i have ever had travelling. I appreciate that it was a low cost accommodation, i don't have a problem with basic but i do have an issue staying somewhere that feels unsafe! The restaurant & pool area were derelict and don't look like they have been in use for quite some time, there was a burnt out apartment and posters of people having sex pasted on the doors of the restaurant. The corridors were pitch black and there were lone men hanging around. I felt very unsafe especially as there were no staff on duty anywhere on the premises after 7pm. I checked in and checked straight back out and found alternative accommodation. Please look at the real photographs that i have posted.
