Accommodation and facilities are good, we had a comfortable stay. Friendly staff. Good restaurant on site. Accommodation is a little bit away from the main centre, but there is a shuttle service. Only issue with shuttle service is that it only operates certain times of the day and the last shuttle from centre is at 19:15. Unfortunately this is very early during the summer months. Shuttle also don't operate on a Thursday? This was inconvenient, because Uber increased their rate 2.1 times for collection.

We knew that the facility was not a full service hotel or near the centre of Cannes and as such, we were not disappointed in these regards. We booked the room for the pool and the view of the Mediterranean. The reception closed too early and the limits on toilet paper and towels for a family seemed to be unreasonable. The restaurant was overpriced and the breakfast was underwhelming for the price.

It was a beautiful resort with beautiful pool. Unfortunately, it was too hot because of the heatwave. There was only one fan in the room which made it really hot. I had a good experience with the check in (with a young man) But my husband said the receptionist he dealt with was rude.

Amazing place!
The unit was great, spacious and well furnished. The balcony view of the Mediterranean Sea was amazing the best I've ever had in a hotel. The pool was great too! They should add food and beverage service to the pool. I would go back to this place.

Nice room but expensive and far from amenities.
Very high off the ground. Great views. But family covered in irritating insect bites all over. Hotel shop was poorly stocked and extortionate. Complementary bus to Cannes was too infrequent and only carried 8 passengers so we always had to walk to bus stop in incredible heat with a child in no shade (2k). Nearest eateries were a round trip on foot of 5k at least. Ubers became expensive. Reception staff not helpful when checking out or checking in. Room was wholly unsuitable at check in. Had to pay to change room the next day. Next room was much better but we were there for 12 nights but no room cleaning or fresh towels or sheets were given even though info provided stated this would be provided once a week. Pillows were rubbish. No bottle opener in the apartment. Had to borrow one from the bar. Clothes horse was broken. Pool was lovely but you have to pay to use a sun lounger (10 euros a day) AND you have to pay extra for air conditioning in your room??!! 130 euros for 10 days. Ridiculous! All things you should expect to be included in the price. Not going back.

Great View, but tiny accommodations.
The villa that I thought I was reserving, turned out to be so tiny that my family and I ere tripping over each other. The beds hadn’t been made for us or anything. It would be okay for two maybe 3 people, but definitely not a family of 4 or 5 like mine.

Came here for a business trip to MIPCOM. Everything went smoothly and the staff always went above and beyond. The shuttle bus is super convenient to get to the centre of town. Would recommend!

Tatty, tired apartments with terrible wifi
Ok so the price was cheap enough for z week and the swimming pool looked lovely but compared to other P & V hotels this one needs a bit of tlc. Parking cost an additional €60 for the week and the restaurant was good with speedy service and friendly staff. The big let downs were the terrible wifi which at times was too slow / poor to read my e mails and the design of the beds which were either claustrophobic due to their design (bits of pull down mechanism right near your head). Nice and clean grounds with lovely landscaping but wifi and beds need attention!

A sh**hole!
This is by NO means a place worthy of 3 stars. It´s not really a hotel but a residence. A difference I had never thought of before. But we booked a Superior VIP suite. It cost quite a bit and we were anticipating it to be nice. It wasnt. So whoever thought it up to name this a Superior VIP suite should NEVER be allowed to name anything ever again. This was a claustrophobe´s nightmare. The design of the room, the beds and then yeah.... the lack of air conditioning during 33° and massive humidity... made this for a horrible stay. We booked 2 nights but we only stayed there for one. We ordered for 4 people but they only made the bed for 3. When I let them know about that then they just gave me a pack with sheets. So it was our problem to make the bed. On a 3 star hotel? No way. The staff was disinterested and as soon as I started asking for things to be remedied they completely forgot how to speak English. Next time I´ll rather flush my money down the toilet than stay at a place like this.

Hotel has a GREAT VIEW from the Pool to the See. Other than that it was average with very small apartments with no AC. Long distances walking to go to the pool or car so it lack convenience and also comfort (all kind).

Manage expectations for 3 stars, and it's fine.
The resort itself was very nice. The grounds are pretty with great sweeping views and the pool is fantastic. The restaurant was ok for simple dishes like pizza, sandwiches, burgers etc. The room was a bit beat up with many of the lightbulbs burned out and there was no housekeeping services included, which seemed odd. It's about a 25-30 minute walk to downtown Cannes but only 10-15 minutes on foot to the beach. Reasonably priced for what it is, but don't expect any frills as far as room accommodations.

Very basic hotel in a beautiful location
Incredibly basic furnishing, holes in curtains, wall etc. sheets and pillowcases provided in laundry bags - they were clean but had to make my own bed. Patio doors did not lock so not secure. Sea view was spectacular but the apartment was quite a way inland rather than next to the sea as the ad had implied. Fine if the price is cheap and you don't mind roughing it. Need to rent a car, then only a few minutes from Cannes. No working phone in the room - had to make an international call to ask for checkout time.

These properties are unlike any provided by chains in the USA, so Americans who book for the first time might be confused by their experiences. Customers are responsible for housekeeping, including making their beds on the first night (you can request initial bed making services for a nominal fee when you contact the hotel directly). The reason for this is that the arrangement is more like renting a cabin than staying at a traditional hotel. The locations, however, are all great; you'll be right where you want to be and in hard-to-park areas, you WILL have parking. All in coastal areas face the water and all have pools, some inside and out. These are large apartment "studios." Generally, this includes a bedroom, bath, kitchennet, dining area, two divans, and an outdoor porch. Many have hotel services for dinner or at least light lunches (although not all do). This one does have a lounge, full dining, and one of the most spectacular pools I've ever experienced in my life. The building is currently undergoing renovation and I have no idea how an un-renovated room looks. Ours was just great. Note that the best prices are to be had off-season, but even during the season, their prices are reasonable.
