Located in the district of Basse California in Cannes, Villa Schneider is ideally situated close to the beach and the famous Croisette (5 minutes walk), and the Rue d'Antibes (10 min walk). The area is quiet and safe, and has all the local shops within 50m (bakery, small supermarket, newsagent, bank ...) and external free parking outside the residence.

Just perfect
It was easy, comfortable and very classic south of France. We enjoyed our stay! My son-in-law was having a premier at Cannes where he won best in his category. Will be back next year!

Lovely Quiet Apartment
We have had 2 lovely weeks and have created some special memories. Within walking distance are grocery shops, pharmacy, patisserie and bus stop into Cannes centre. We all slept very well thanks to the quiet location and comfortable beds. The A/C worked well and was a welcome relief! The pool was quiet (despite it being peak season) and the other residents were friendly. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. Thank you.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und guter Urlaub
Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es fehlte gar nichts. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer (Kinderzimmer ohne Fenster), Wohnzimmer, Küche und eine Terrasse mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke und einem Tisch mit 8 Stühlen. Garten ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt zwei Liegen und einen Zugang zum Pool, den wir nicht genutzt haben. Wir sind lieber zum wunderschönen Sandstrand (ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg) gegangen. Wir hatten in Oktober 27 Grad Celsius gehabt und konnten im Meer schwimmen. Es gibt einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Die Kommunikation per WathsApp funktionierte hervorragend. Die Begrüßung war herzlich und informativ. Wir bedanken uns und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Strand und Zentrum Nähe. Terrasse, Garten, Zugang zum Pool . Klimaanlage und Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage sind ein Segen. Einkaufs- und Shopingmöglichkeiten in der Nähe .Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Cannes gehabt. Sehr guter Kontakt zum Gastgeber und seiner Vertretung, Veronique ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Superbe séjour
Superbe séjour dans un bel appartement très fonctionnel et bien décoré, jardin privatif, grande terrasse, piscine privée à 20 mètres, parking souterrain, plage publique de la Croisette à 15 minutes à pied, climatisation bien agréable, le tout dans une résidence calme. Carole notre hôte est trés à l'écoute et l'accueil de Véronique à notre arrivée était rapide, professionnel avec le sourire en plus. Tout est fait pour le bien-être des vacanciers. Eine sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit einem gemütlichen Garten. Man hat alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Strand und die Einkaufszone sind gut zufuß erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Nochmal vielen Dank! Den Aufenthalt kann ich sehr gerne weiterempfehlen 👍

Удобные апартаменты - 2 спальни (правда одна без окон), гостиная, замечательный свой сад, в комплексе и буквально в 10 метрах бассейн. Имейте ввиду, что до пляжей 15 минут пешком.

Fantastic apartment in a small apartment block, very quiet at night and cool with the Aircon. Great pool plus only a 7 min walk to a beautiful beach. 25 min walk into the old town of cannes. Perfect for a family of 4.

Tolle Gartenwohnung mit Pool
Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Wohnanlage im ruhigen Viertel „Californie“ unweit der Croisette und Palm Beach mit schönen öffentlichen Stränden. Der Fußweg zum Strand beträgt 10-12 Minuten. Aber in Palm beach steht auch ein kostenfreier Parkplätze zur Verfügung. In der Umgebung gibt es alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf fußläufog.

Appartement très agréable, très bien situé, de belles vacances !
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans l'appartement de Carole. Deux semaines à quatre et quelques jours à six. Tout est conforme à la description et aux photos. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour être comme chez soi et la climatisation est très appréciable quand il fait régulièrement 38 degrés !! L'accès à la piscine est aisée et celle-ci est très agréable. Remarque pour les parents de jeunes enfants : la piscine est profonde et peu de zone où nous avons pied. Par contre, cela permet aux enfants de sauter sans risque ! L'accès à la croisette se fait en dix minutes en mode balade et il y a tous les commerces de proximité. La seule déception concerne le canapé lit qui est à prendre comme un appoint pour quelques jours mais ne peut pas être envisagé pour y dormir tout un séjour. Malgré cela, nous retournerons sans hésitation chez Carole.
