Private L-shaped salt pool (12 x 8 m, Depth 100/160 – Barrier) with garden furniture, deckchairs. Ping-pong. BBQ. Parking for 5 cars. Sandy beach 400 m, Shops 800 m.

12-room villa of 460m2 with view of the sea and the Lérins Islands: Living room with piano (Internet). Dining room. Terrace of 100 m2 with sea view. Fully equipped kitchen.
Air-conditioned sleeping area: Large master bedroom with 1 king-size bed (180), bathroom, separate WC. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (2x90), shower room. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160), shower room/WC.
Upstairs (air-conditioned): Billiard room. TV lounge. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (2x100). 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160), TV. Bathroom. Separate WC. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160), bathroom. Equipped kitchen.
On the lower floor (air-conditioned): 1 suite with TV lounge, 1 double bed (160), bathroom/WC. 1 bedroom (not air-conditioned), shower room. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Parties and receptions are forbidden.

Please, note that a security deposit in case of damage will be requested directly by your agency before your arrival as well as a specific rental insurance and the tourist tax.

Wonderful Villa, but bring toilet paper
Villa was great. It all worked out for our group. Bedding was also nice. Bring your own toiletries. If you are looking to cook a lot, then you will find the ktchen is a little small. Uber worked well. We were minutes from Cannes. There is a small view from the balcony of the sea. It was in a quite area and everything was fine fror Saftey. The one thing that they need to improve, PUT MORE THAN 1 TOILET PAPER IN EACH TOILET. Don’t cut corners and buckle and dime your customers.
