"We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Staff were helpful and spoke English. The pool was an added bonus and the location was perfect for us to attend a concert at Alba Fucens' amphitheatre! The only slight negative was that the water pressure in the shower was not stable so it was fine one minute then it surged and was too hot. The only reason I gave it a 4* for the property facilities. Otherwise we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends."

"Ho soggiornato tre notti all’hotel nord Roma,arredi un po’ datati ma ottima pulizia e personale gentilissimo ."

"This property is absolutely stunning the history of it is great and the staff do know so ask... The surroundings are second to none in a beautiful little village. if you are looking for somewhere that is peaceful and cultured this is the place to go. I have visited twice and will be returning for a longer stay in the future. "

"Il posto è proprio trascurato,anni sessanta,come ci tiene a dire il proprietario. Riscaldamento assente,in quanto una legge(?), sostiene il proprietario,lo obbliga ad accendere il 30 ottobre....mha...Servizi igienici rosa,anni sessanta appunto, pure scheggiati. Vasca da bagno da cambiare. Essendo mia moglie ipovedente con grosse difficoltà deambulatorie,ha dovuto affrontare una serie interminabile di gradini, dall' ingresso in poi. Ma se io fossi stato in sedia a rotelle? La stanza del primo...

"Very professional staff; good customer service well situated with parking lot. Now.!!! Room decent size, chairs in hard pvc not comfortable at all, telephone not working, poor wifi, sink faucet leaks. SORRY ( Not Recommended )"

"This is our second trip there and the owners are very accommodating & friendly and the property is in a beautiful setting , with a great little pool. Unfortunately we were there on a Monday night, so there was no dinner service. But otherwise we were very pleased and will be back next year! "

Hotel is fine, verify breakfast

"Nice hotel and good service. I did not realize I didn’t pick breakfast with our reservation and didn’t get told at checkin. The app does have a note that the cost is 10 euro per person, but I was charged 15. Suggest you verify at checkin. Also, no lift in the area we stayed - might be in others."

"Staff was very friendly and attentive. As many hotels in Italy, that at one time they were filled with tourists, business meetings, and events , that has changed. The hotel is tired and can use a fresh update. The staff maintained excellent and welcoming service. This hotel was a gem in its day but the staff and service shine bright!"

"The cutest place!! Amazing stuff! The food is to die for! The views of the mountains are incredible. Beautiful sunsets. It is far from Rome but so worth it. Lots of animals on the property, beautiful places to walk around and take photos! Home made meals every night. Lots of delicious options. Their Gnocchi is the best Gnocchi ever! Highly recommended!!"
