"A charming and well equipped country cottage, with the most welcoming and helpful hosts; a spacious garden to lounge in and relax in the hot August days with the sounds of cicadas and bee eaters around and night skies studded with stars. The lovely old lake town of Bolsena close enough for dining and swimming and ice cream in the attractive town piazza. A rural retreat indeed!"

"We stayed in this villa for 14 nights. For the first 3 days we had huge issues with the electrical system, which is very old. This caused frequent an lengthy outages, which means no air conditioning or electrical fans…The villa is nice but it has not been renovated, and it is basically falling into pieces, which is a shame given the nice location."

"The villa is located in a beautiful setting in Tuscany. Our group of 18 had a wonderful time enjoying the pool, barbecue and property for four days. The property was very comfortable for all of us and it was the perfect way to end our MBA. Carlo, our host, was extremely helpful before and during our stay as he recommended places nearby and ensured everything was working properly."

"If you want to experience authentic Italy, add an olive farm. This is your place… It is very clean. Quite a drive to get there, make sure you do your grocery shopping prior to arriving. There is nowhere to purchase anything nearby. It is a 20 minute drive. The host mother and son are very lovely people. They do not speak any English however they are excellent with Google translate."
