"Just left Marc and Pippa’s place after an 11 night stay with my wife and father-in-law. Everything was exactly as described and communication with Marc was excellent. The road up, as mentioned in a couple reviews, is somewhat daunting the first time, but you do get used to it. "El Jardin Secreto is set in lovely gardens and is perfect for a party of up to eight people. The pool area has plenty of sun loungers and the tiki bar with BBQ is perfect for evening drinks and eats. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay although the walk back from Nerja is uphill and may not be suitable for elderly or disabled guests. Taxis are cheap and available from the taxi ranks in Nerja as an alternative. The hosts were very helpful and easy to contact if needed. Highly recommend this villa!"

"Amazing villa in a stunning location. Everything as advertised and such an amazing place to stay. Would 100% recommend to family and friends. The local neighbour Bev was such a help too recommending loads of places to go which just made everything so much better. The owners are quick to reply to messages and can’t be any more helpful. When we asked how to clean the pool (heavy use with lots of sun cream will make any pool ‘dirty’) a pool cleaner arrived the next day. Just brilliant all round....

"Nerja is a great place and has all you would want. Plenty of restaurants. Shops and several beaches. We hired a car which was great to see a few places- the caves. Mijas, Friggilana as well as Malaga. Having our own pool was great as well as a community pool across the road. We walked to the town most days (30-40 minutes) though there is a local bus. Taxis are very reasonably priced. Lovely villa. "

"This is a lovely large Villa which was perfect for us as we were 3 families holidaying together. Plenty of outdoor space and the shared pool (although we were the only ones in it) was well kept and a good size for swimming and diving. It's a 10 min walk down a steep hill to the town.
