"If you’re expecting hotel chic, this property is not for you. If you love traditional Spanish with lots of of quirks then you will definitely love this place! Beautiful old building in a very central area just minutes from all the attractions. Lovely spacious rooftop terrace, and although it could do with some TLC, it’s perfect to relax with a drink at the end of the evening. Beware though, the spiral steps up to the terrace are not for the faint hearted and definitely not for children or anyone...

"The villa and grounds and exactly as described and shown in the photos. We loved the location. Very close to amenities. We love a villa instead of resorts as we prefer a quiet holiday to completely relax and de-stress. The only slight negative was that the neighbour, Jose (who is a very lovely man!), comes every day at 8pm and stays sitting by the pool until around 9:30pm to check the water levels and clean the bottom. This is great service but it wasn't ideal not being able to use the pool in...

"Die Küche inklusiv Kühlschrank und Geschirr waren nicht sauber und wir mussten erst mal eine Stunde putzen. Die Decke und die Dusche im Bad waren voll Schimmel. Die Wasserversorgung reicht kaum zum Duschen und manchmal ist kein Wasser vorhanden. Der Pool war nicht gereinigt, dafür aber sehr stark gechlort. Was den Spaß im Pool nicht minderte. Der Ausblick auf das Meer machte einiges wieder wett."

"Wir haben zwei herrliche Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht, und ist ideal für 4-5 Personen. Der Garten mit Pool ist schön angelegt und die Dachterrasse bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Das Haus haben wir sauber angetroffen, einzig im Aussenbereich (Bsp. nicht gereinigter Grill, Liegestühle) gab es gewisse Mängel. Man erreicht problemlos zu Fuss die hübsche Promenade, für einen Strandtag lohnt es sich, etwas näher Richtung Torrox zu fahren. Auch für Ausflüge...

"We had a lovely stay at Los Arcos. The house suited myself, my husband and 2 children very much. The pool was lovely and the supermarket was right across the road. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend."
