"Celia was an excellent host suggesting restaurants, providing a number for taxi- rarely needed it is so well located. And allowed us to store bags a few hours beyond checkout which was appreciated. There was an “ unofficial greeter” sleeping on the sidewalk everynight which could be true in every city center and is beyond anyone’s control. "A ten minute stroll along a pleasant street takes you to the bridge. Cross it and you are at the foot of the delightful town of Blois. There are two small supermarkets on the street, and lovely walks along the river so east to spend days without driving anywhere. Also many, many beautiful towns and chateaux to visit within an hour's drive. The cottage is well-equipped and very comfortable. We would not hesitate to recommend."

The host was amazing, he greeted us on our arrival and gave information on where to go and what to do. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
