"Very serene atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Great seeing all the animals in the safari. Good breakfast. The only regret was having laundry service which was a nightmare!! They washed our clothes with other People's clothes. They hung the clothes up in metal hangers which distorted the shapes of the pants and shirts. They washed whites with color, this the whites were all stained!!!!!! A bag of laundry ended up costing $30 US dollars and yet clothes were destroyed. So, stay here because...

"Staff are very friendly and speak english. They arranged scooters for us, which is great for going out at nighttime to the big local seafood restaurants. Breakfast is varied for all tastes, but like many hotel breakfasts we experienced in vietnam hot items are generally luke warm or cold. Coffee is excellent. Rooms are roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel is rated 3 star but the cleanliness and quality is worse than 2 star hotel. The bathroom is yuck, very gross. I booked a Deluxe room which I paid more than Standard room, but quality of the room is TERRIBLE. The AC is dead that has no cool air at all in the room when it's 80 degree. "

"We stay the rooms very good . But hall way and at service station no A/C too hot also they are have 1 only key rooms. When you’re going out and coming back your room then nó A/C either."

"The staff were wonderful. The bed in my room could not be approached from one side, and the corners of the bed could cause injury by striking them on passing, with an ankle or lower leg. The shower area was small, and it was difficult to shower properly without making contact with the shower water controls."
