Perla - Climatisée et proche plage

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Canet-en-Roussillon, this charming house air-conditioned with a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate until 5 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of about 20 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor :
- A living room of 20 m² exposed to the south with TV, Wifi, double sofa bed, and dining area
- A kitchen, open on the living room, equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...

On the first floor :
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 : a double bed (140x190)
- A shower room with shower
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort : washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A beautiful garden of 20 m² composed of a terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue to enjoy the beautiful days

The house is ideally located in Canet-en-Roussillon, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, in parallel of the Mediterranean square, 300 meters from the beach and 10 minutes from the port. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Various activities such as the aquarium "Oniria", the beach, beach clubs, a superb mini-golf, boat and jet ski rental, parasailing, tennis/padel, hiking, many bike tours, Olympic swimming pool, skiing in winter, tourist activities all year round.
- Starting point for many exceptional sites: Collioure at 30mn, Spain at 45mn, the mountains and the ski slopes at 1h30, Barcelona at 2h30, etc...

- You can park for free near the accommodation.
- Bus stop in front of the accommodation
- Nearest train station: Perpignan (14 minutes by car)

Perla "Logement idéalement situé, à 5 min à pieds de la plage et de l'avenue piétonne mais ce paye par le bruit car situé dans l'avenue principale, impossible de profiter de l'extérieur au vu du nombre de véhicule qui passe dans la rue, même à minuit. Les chambres suffisent pour dormir, peu de rangement, ce n'est pas un logement pour 6 personnes (d'ailleurs il n'y a que 4 chaises à la table intérieure) Il faut absolument mettre une poubelle de tri. La climatisation à l'étage est à revoir car elle ne refroidi que partiellement au vu de son emplacement et pendant la canicule c'est limite. Les toilettes et la salle de bain sont au centre des chambres ce qui n'est pas l'idéal pour l'intimité des WC et quand vous avez un dormeur et un leve tôt. Équipement très complet, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Pour un logement remis à neuf au printemps, les finitions sont à revoir. Pour le prix payé, nous ne recommanderions pas ce logement."

Schönes kleines Häuschen nur ein paar Lauf minuten vom Strand
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in "la Perla" sehr genossen. Christine, die sich um das Haus kümmert, ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Verwalterin. Das Haus ist prima ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Nähe zum Strand macht es perfekt. Und auf dem Weg zum Strand gibt es eine großartige Bäckerei mit all den französischen Leckereien, die man sich wünschen kann. Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit

Hinterhof...taugt nur zum Wäsche trocknen. Terrasse vorne mit Cheminée und grossen Sonnenschirm. Ziemlich laut weil am Strassenrand. Aussen Wasserahn nur mit heisses Wasser.... ist falsch angeschlossen.
