Rental includes 2 parking beachfront parking in front of the beach, the center and the daily night market.
The villa is located 10 minutes walk from the beach, the city center, Olympic pool.

Fijne vakantie gehad in een mooie omgeving
Algemeen ben ik heel content, maar ik deel toch graag mogelijke minpunten. Voor het geval dat een breekpunt zou zijn voor toekomstige huurders. De jacuzzi heeft inkijk vanuit meerdere huizen en appartementen. Alle slaapkamers hebben airco, maar de beneden niet en die krijg je ook niet fris door de airco's boven te laten werken. De achterkant is zoals de voorkant uitgerust met zitruimte, maar aangezien de achterkant grenst aan een druk rond punt, heb je daar dag en nacht lawaai. De voorkant met de eettafel opzij van de inkom is wel goed geplaatst voor rust en privacy. Pluspunten: je kan te voet naar het gemeentelijk toerismebureau, waar ze alle informatie hebben en graag helpen om uitstappen samen te stellen. Ook een supermarkt & tankstation liggen op amper 100m van het huis. We hebben vele uitstappen gedaan, zowel dichtbij als verderweg. (max. 1h30 rijden)

La maison est très bien équipée, le jacuzzi et la table de ping-pong top pour les enfants! TV dans chaque chambre, salle de bain fonctionnelle... vrai lit bois pour bébé ! nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Canet en Roussillon! Joël est disponible et c’est un vrai plus ! Le logement est très bien équipé, la clim est un réel atout et indispensable ! La maison est derrière un rond-point très passant mais ce n’est pas gênant pour dormir (bien isolé). pêches des commerces et fête foraine, proche de la plage ! nous avons tout fait à pieds ! 2 places de parking en front de mer, quel privilège ! idéal quand on part à la plage bien chargé avec les enfants

La propriété est situé à côté de tous commerce, nous pouvons tous faire à pied. La plage et la mer sont à 10 min à pied mais des vélos tout âge sont mis à disposition dans le jardin. La maison est fraiche et climatisée si besoin. et le gros plus est un jacuzzi pour se détendre. Je recommande ce séjour et je pense y revenir. Merci au propriétaire pour sa maison et pour son appel 1 semaine avant pour faire le point. Et un grand merci à sa mère pour la réception et son accueil chaleureux. Florence

Très bon accueil du propriétaire !Places de parking sur front de mer très appréciables mm si le trajet à pied jusqu à la plage se fait très bien avec enfants. Le bruit du rond point est omniprésent mais pas dérangeant la nuit car bon double vitrage .

Optimal pour une famille
Notre Hôte était vraiment sympathique, arrangeant, disponible et pragmatique. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié: 1) la climatisation dans chaque chambre, 2) les nombreux vélos qui permettent de découvrir Canet avec ses nombreuses pistes cyclables, 3) quand la voiture est nécessaire les places de parking réservées en front de mer sont assurées même lorsque l'entrée du parking affiche complet. Cela donne une tranquillité d'esprit et une facilité à toutes heures. 4) Le spa King Size, très propre, a été beaucoup apprécié par tous les membres de la famille. 5) Canet offre beaucoup de possibilitées pour les grands et les petits. La proximité de nombreux commerces reste un atout indéniable malgré une route très passante.

Propriété très agréable avec un propriétaire tres sympa. Le jacuzzi géant est super. Petit inconvénient : une route principale avec beaucoup de passages, de véhicules avec usage de klaxon,les secours avec deux tons.etc. Mais le séjour reste très positif.
