Eenvoudig appartement
Fijne ontvangst door L. de gastvrouw. Het appartement ligt vijf minuten van het strand en supermarkt Consum. Je krijgt een paar lakens en twee handdoeken, er is een wasmachine. Eenvoudig. Wanneer je binnendoor loopt kom je bij het plaatsje Porto de Sagunto. Daar kun je de bus pakken naar Valencia.Het plaatsje Canet d'en Berenquer valt niet veel te beleven. Het bestaat uitsluitend uit appartementen. Wat ik als een groot nadeel heb gezien is dat er geen enkel vervoer is vanuit die plaats.

Bien situado pero caluroso
Bien situado y una muy buena playa. Caluroso a pesar de tener aire acondicionado ya que la climatización del split (1) tardaba en llegar al dormitorio. Difícil ventilación al tener la ventana y terraza en la misma fachada. Si ponías el a/a no se podía estar en la terraza al estar la unidad interior en la misma.

Lentitud si surge un problema
La pestaña de la lavadora se estropeó quedando atrapada ropa dentro. Nos fuimos y allí dentro se quedó la ropa y si queremos recuperarla tenemos que pagar el envío a pesar de que no hemos sido responsables de la avería y la lavadora tenía ya muchos años. Decepcionados de la lentitud de respuesta en solucionar el problema

el colchón del sofá cama te clavas los hierros
La chica encargada de las llaves es un encanto,pero deberían cambiar el colchón del sofá-cama ya que te clavas los hierros.situación perfecta en playa perfecta para familias,todo muy limpio aunque el ajuar de cocina estaba bastante viejo pero para unos días te vale perfectamente.

que de bruit !!!!!
l'appartement se trouve dans une ville nouvelle ou il n'y a QUE des blocs d'immeubles entassés les uns à coté des autres, pas de commerces artisans même pour s'acheter un slip de bain, bref c'est une ville dortoir ou l'on entend playa et encore playa. En résumé il n'y a que des espagnols et pas de touristes, difficile donc de se faire comprendre.

Hemos estado unos días en elApartamento y todo muy limpio , el trato muy agradable!
Hemos estado en marzo del 2018 en el apartamento y súper bien, la temperatura perfecta , el apartamento estaba limpio y la Zona donde está es estupenda , para ir con niños súper bien ya que al lado tiene muchos parques y el paseo de la playa que además no cubre nada , mi hijo se lo pasó súper bien!!
