The hotel staff is lovely and the gentleman at the reception, I think his name is Andres, very professional and helpful. I would go back without hesitation and thank very much for everything. Electrical outlets did not work in the bathroom, kitchen fan was not working. And at checkout the lady accused us of tearing the fabric window curtains. We tried to explain they were like that when walked in. And she said she doubted that. And was rude about it. Mattress were so thin you could feel the wooden boards "
