Esqueci algo e desapareceu, sem nenhum retorno
O hotel é bem simples, estilo familiar e acharmos o quarto meio colorido demais, mas a cama era bem confortável. O problema que tivemos é que por deacuido esqueci tudo que estava dentro do box do banheiro, saboneteira, shampoo e um óleo pós banho novinho. Ligueivassum que cheguei em Porto Alegre para avisar que pegaria o óleo quando fosse a Canela a trabalho, pois não saiu barato e eatava cheinho. Para nossa surpresa encontraram o restante, menos o óleo, focaram de ne dar um retornove nada. Tentei ligar para falar, mas não consegui que atendessem mais. Fiz uma reclamação no site e alguém retornou dizendo que tentou me ligar, mas infelizmente coloquei o DDD errado na reclamação , embora no meu cadastro estivesse correto e por isto disseram naoter conseguido me localizar. Passei o DDD correto e nunca entraram em contato. Então, não gostamos do atendimento para esta situação, pois se tivéssemos esquecido algo de maior valor, poderíamos também não termos mais o retorno. Achei péssima a maneira como trataram isto, mesmo sendo algo simples em torno de R$ 100,00 era meu e deveriam ter guardado.

Melhor experiência que tive em um hotel!
Simplesmente maravilhoso! Hotel bem localizado, ambiente familiar, café da manhã espetacular, equipe estremamete solicita e simpática. Os quartos são um show à parte. Decoração fantástica. Verdadeiramente não deu vontade de vir embora. Vou voltar com certeza. Super recomendo.

Dias perfeitos em Canela e Gramado
O local da Pousada é excelente, calmo, lindo e de fácil acesso para Gramado, bem como para ótimos parques. Os proprietários são muito atenciosos e recebemos um mimo de Natal com cartão com o nome de todos nós! Ficamos no quarto Copacabana, no andar térreo. Recomendo principalmente para quem, como eu, leva muita bagagem! Cafe da manha muito gostoso! Foi tudo excelente! Recomendo com certeza!
