Hotel muito bem localizado com estrutura muito boa. Atendimento muito bom. Café da manhã deixa a desejar, o café da manhã da rede SKY é muito melhor. Único ponto negativo é cobrar pelo estacionamento, haja visto, não é uma estrutura a parte do qual precisa pagar uma empresa para prestar o serviço. Acaba encarecendo o valor da estadia, sendo assim, você encontra outras opções em Gramado e Canela que te darão inclusive a opção com piscina.

Excelente hotel, com área kids o que ajuda bastante com as crianças! Bem localizado, infelizmente um dos elevadores estava estragado o que acabava gerando um certo transtorno para acessar os andares do prédio, o hotel estava bem cheio o que gerou tbm uma super lotação do estacionamento. Café da manhã satisfatório.

Bom custo benefício. Hotel ideal para quem prefere fazer deslocamento na região de tal sem precisa de carro. Recepção pequena. Restaurante junto ao hotel mas terceirizado. Durante todo o final de semana da estadia, um dos dois elevadores estava em manutenção. Disponibilizaram o elevador de serviço. Funcionários atenciosos. Boa localização.
