"A really beautiful stay in nature, on the lake and surrounded by the mountains— every morning we wake up to breathtaking natural sights! We opted for glamping so it was a new experience. "We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered...

"Perfect place to get out of loud cities in Bali and explore a totally different climate and view. I was astonished by the mountains right behind the rooms. Staff were accommodating and helpful. A bit secluded if you got no transport, but I enjoyed the quiet and serenity."

"My husband and I loved it! The bungalows are beautiful and clean. The staff are generous and kind. The food is delicious and can be made to your specifications. The owner is friendly and enjoys giving tours and showing Bali to customers! We are grateful we had the opportunity to stay here. We highly recommend staying here; you will love it! "Great hotel. Very quiet and peaceful. The room looked out onto the lake which was beautiful at sunset. Room was big and clean with a huge bathroom. The room also had a connecting living rooms and kitchen area. Tasty breakfast which we could look out over the lake as well. Would stay again."
