"We celebrated our father’s 80th birthday at Casa del Nonno and could not have been happier with the experience. From the moment Ricardo met us to guide us to the house, to the spectacular house and views, and then our visits to the beautiful local coast and towns, it was faultless. Riccardo not have been more accommodating too which made our stay such an easy, comfortable one. I already know the area a little, having lived in Italy, and there are obviously so many places to visit worldwide but...

"Great location, close to the Farmers market and fortress for a walk. Also, close to attractions. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed to make great food."

"I could not recommend staying in OS Garden Maison more, everything was fantastic. Communication with Anna could not have been better, and she was so helpful throughout the process (e.g. when we had to change our booking slightly). She was always available to answer questions. The accommodation itself was spacious (we were a family of 5), clean, and had everything you could need, including a fabulous garden space. it's located in the middle of Salerno - a fantastic city itself, and also...

"Great apartment, has all the amenities and very spacious and updated. Very comfortable and enjoyed the neighbors, and fairly easy access to the old city. Only caveat - be prepared that the apartment is on top floor and involves lots of steps. If you’re in decent shape, none of this is a problem. "

"Overall nice apartment in nice location at decent price. However there were some problems that other renters should be aware of. On the website there is no mention of a €30 fee if you check in after 6pm. It also states there is parking, but this is not on premise and you need to find somewhere on the very busy nearby streets. We had to park 400 metres away. The apartment is poorly equipped with old stained towels, no tea towels, no wine glasses, only 2 coffee mugs and some cheap/missing kitchen...

"Idyllic rural location high in the hills. Lovely rooftop terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside. We had a few teething problems with the power cutting out but this was quickly resolved by contacting the owner."

"Sehr besondere Unterkunft, eine Oase mitten in der Altstadt. Mauro ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber: Wir wurden von ihm vom Bahnhof abgeholt u zurückgebracht u erhielten zudem viele hilfreiche Hinweise zu Ausflügen etc. Gerne wieder!"

"The VRBO is large and has three bathrooms. Restaurants, grocery stores and cafe's nearby. Great location to visit Pompeii, Paestum and Amalfi coast. We were there in January so we didn't get to use the beautiful balcony.Property manager gave us her phone number and replied promptly to text and messages on VRBO website."

"We loved this apartment! Andrea has a beautiful property that is well decorated, has small touches of convenience and all of the most up to date amenities. We used the dishwasher, laundry and the kitchen often. The WiFi was fast, there is an elevator which was helpful with luggage. Andrea also showed us around the apartment at check in, told us where to find the grocery and sent us a list of restaurants. He checked in thru the week as well. We’d highly recommend "

"Very nice property. We could walk everywhere and recommend not having a car due to parking issues or cost anywhere in Salerno. Our hosts were wonderful and the apartment had everything we needed for a week. Even when it rained for 4 days, we were comfortable. Salerno is a great place to visit the Amalfi coast by ferry. We highly recommend this apartment."
