"This was a convenient spot for going around Lucena. The Pacific Mall is only a 6-minute walk away. There is a night market just outside the hotel, so that does add some noise and traffic (but great food options). The breakfast is a mix of plated main entrees and buffet sides."

"This hotel has so much potential. It really needs a lot of TLC to be part of the IHG recognition it would like. The infrastructure of the hotel is there. Please modernise it. The service from check in counter to restaurant crew - 5/5. The staff cannot be faulted in any way. But you can only work with what you have. The restaurant - buffet price even with promotion is not worth it for the choice you have for food. Do check it first before going as ala carte may be a better option. Breakfast choice was quite poor for what you pay. But given the traffic and number of guests, it’s understandable the choice can only be limited. The worse was the room. The showers need upgrading. The way the showers work is that being part of the bathtub, the water literally goes down the side and somehow ends up on the bathroom floor. Flooring gets wet very easily. Stayed here for 2 nights and no matter what the crew did, the air con stopped working constantly with error codes appearing at 9pm, 1am, 4:30am. Had to reset the air con as it got way too warm too quickly in the summer. It was 2 nights of poor broken sleep which for little ones is not good. Poor rooms, needs a lot of renovating. "The total service was good. The staff were approachable and always ready to assist us. The only thing that I notice was most of the pools are not available and not that clean as well. We only enjoyed our stay in the room. Cafeteria only have few food options and a bit pricey. But it was a good thing that they are allowing guests to order thru online food delivery. "
