Friendly, helpful staff helped make for an enjoyable stay. The room was very clean, but no warm water in the shower. Parking was very convenient, and overall we had a very good experience for a very reasonable price

Acho que todo hotel deve melhorar desde a recepção. Um lugar que eu nunca voltaria. Recepção sem máscara, barulho nos corredores. Barata no banheiro, o banheiro parecia uma casa de terror. Passei a noite me coçando.

Entendo que o objetivo da avaliação deva ser encarado como uma forma dos prestadores de serviços melhorarem a qualidade para que não só eu como outros viajantes possam usufruir da acomodação. Portanto, espero que os pontos fracos possam ser corrigidos e os bons mantidos. O Hotel fica muito próximo do aeroporto e isso é um fator bom, contudo no bairro onde ele se encontra há diversos bares com músicas ao vivo além de palestrantes ao ar livre bem em frente ao hotel, o que acasionou muito barulho ao anoitecer. O primeiro quarto ofertado estava com a porta rachada onde fica a fechadura e havia uma cama de casal mas nossa reserva pedia duas camas de solteiro, após a solicitação, fomos atendidos. O outro quarto ofertado nº 206 tinha uma fresta que dava para qualquer pessoa do lado externo ver dentro do quarto, não havia toalhas de rosto, somente de banho, nem shampoo, nem condicionador. Pedimos tapete para o Box e fomos atendidos. O Box de banho não tinha porta e havia muita sujeira nos rejuntes do azulejo demonstrando falta de limpeza. O chuveiro ficou a noite toda pingando e só conseguimos dormir após colocarmos um tapete no box e fechar porta e também não havia secador de cabelos. Todos os lençois das camas estavam manchados o que nos deixou muito chateado. As duas cadeiras do quarto estavam com os estofamentos totalmente rasgadas. O café da manhã estava muito bom e nos atendeu muito bem. Foi disponibilizado frigobar e garagem para veículos sem custo adicional.
