Classified lodging ** at 700 m from the sea. This fully renovated semi-detached stone house of 70m², facing south with views of the sea and the forest, can accommodate up to 4 people in a quiet hamlet of Cancale.

5 mins walk from the sea and the GR34 - customs path. Plans are available for pleasant walks from the house.

On the ground floor :
- fitted kitchen with combined oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, extractor hood, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washing machine
- living room with sofa and armchair, TV, free WiFi
- Separate toilet with hand basin
- Storage under the stairs (clothes dryer, ironing board, Iron, vacuum cleaner)

Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with 160 x 200 bed and its private bathroom, overlooking the garden and the countryside
- 1 bedroom with 140 x 190 bed and its private bathroom, with sea view from the balcony
- WC.

SHEETS AND HOUSEHOLD LINEN ARE NOT PROVIDED. Duvets and pillows are provided.

For your stay we offer you if you wish:
        - a cleaning fee of 40 €
        - rental of sheets 15 € per bed linen
        - rental of household linen € 10 (hand towels, tea towels).

Countryside situation plus Sea.
Lovely situation in calm countryside plus added bonus of the sea being within walking distance. The gite is very tastefully furnished. The garden is private. Added bonus for us was the tv with Netflix , in English language. Lovely owners and family next door, friendly but respecting of your pri acy. We will be back. Ps . Some amazing walks in the area too

Nous avons apprécié l’accueil de Corinne qui nous a fait visiter le gite et nous a décrit les ballades à faire qu'elle a référencé dans un book. Logement conforme à l'annonce où nous avons passé un séjour au calme. Un gite très agréable pour visiter la région qui se trouve près de St Malo et du Mont Saint-Michel. Un gite que nous recommandons.

Ein kleines Paradies in Cancale
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Empfang durch Corinne war sehr herzlich und es war ihr ein besonderes Anliegen, uns über die Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten der Region zu informieren. Einfach toll! Das Haus und die Ausstattung ist exakt wie beschrieben, der Garten ist ein Traum und wird sehr liebevoll gepflegt. Auf den Pferdekoppeln nebenan gab es zudem gerade zwei süße Fohlen zum Beobachten. Es ist ruhig, es ist Entspannung pur und der Ort und die Region bieten tolle Ausflugsziele. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und empfehlen dieses kleine Paradies gerne weiter!

Idealer Ausgangspunkt
Wir haben eine Woche in dieser schönen Wohnung in idyllischer Lage genossen. Die Wohnung hatte für uns zwei die ideale Größe. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch der Garten ist zwar nicht riesig aber schön bepflanzt. Obwohl ein bisschen abgeschieden, ist die Lage ideal. Man kommt zu Fuß auf den Zöllnerpfad und einige wunderschöne Badebuchten sind nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Auch Ausflugsziele wie St. Malo und Dinard sind höchstens eine halbe Stunde Fahrt entfernt. Fazit: wir können uns gut vorstellen, Wiederholungstäter zu werden. Christof und Susanne

La maison est superbe, meublée et décorée avec goût. L’accueil de Corinne est chaleureux, tout comme celui de ses parents durant notre séjour. Les conseils et explications pour les balades rassemblés dans un classeur sont très appréciables. Les incontournables y sont notés, cela évite une perte de temps en recherche.👏 Beaucoup de ballades sont possibles à pied depuis la maison. Les fleurs du jardin sont un enchantement. Très belles rencontres et très belle région que nous découvrions pour la 1ere fois. N’hésitez pas à aller chez Corinne pour découvrir Cancale et ses environs( Mont St Michel, St Malo, Dinan…) Rose-marie et Pierre

Je recommande vivement ce petit coin de paradis si vous recherchez le calme. Magnifique séjour à Cancale et ses environs. La maison est vraiment très mignonne rien ne manque. Je remercie Corinne pour sa sympathie et les informations transmises. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Ruhige Lage in Meer-Nähe
Ein sehr schönes Haus. Liebevoll eingerichtet in sehr ruhiger Lage. In Max 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Meer. Und sehr nette Vermieter. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
