Une belle maison negligée.
La société de conciergerie fait de son mieux pour entretenir une maison négligée par ses propriétaires. Les points négatifs : - La porte donnant sur le jardin est condamnée, sans qu'aucune démarche n'ait été faite depuis 5 ans pour faire appel à un serrurier. - Les deux barbecues sont cassés. - Certains équipements de cuisine sont dépareillés, voire inutilisables et nombre de verre insuffisant. - Il n'y avait aucun savon dans les cabinets de toilette et peu de papier toilette à disposition. - Le mobilier de jardin est cassé et inconfortable. - Le portail est crasseux et le jardin mal entretenu. - De plus, le propriétaire est peu aimable. Les points positifs : - Le linge de lit et de toilette est impeccable. - Le salon est confortable, avec une décoration intemporelle. - La vue est imprenable et l'emplacement idéal. - Enfin, le service de conciergerie est à l'écoute.
