We are always available easily through the Airbnb messaging system, but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always contact us by phone if required.
- There are tenants below the house so please be mindful and considerate of noise
- There are surveillance cameras around the outside of the house as well as a ring camera when entering the house.
- The house doesn't have a back yard just has a small laundry room downstairs and room to hang clothes outside by the side of the house.
✓ We collect our own $500 pre authorisation hold during your reservation on your nominated card and will ask for details after your booking is confirm
✓ Key collection for this property will be off site at our real estate office located in Braddon
✓ We will ask to collect your details including photo ID as part of our check in process. this will apply to the main guest only
✓ Check out time is 10am you will be charged a $50 fee for every half hour late, if not approved by management before hand
✓ Lost keys charges: $300 inc GST to replace lost keys. Please note most of our units lock when you exit the unit, if a lockout occurs this will incur a $150 inc GST fee.
✓ A violation of any of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund and any additional damages charged against your security deposit.
✓ Strictly no events or parties quiet hours are between 10pm & 8am. Failure to comply will result in eviction without refund and your security deposit being held.
✓ If any non-following of the house rules leads to having to discount or refund the next guest you are responsible to cover the resulting costs
✓ As most of the amenities are provided by the building including any pools, gyms, spas & elevators, wifi, hot water they undergo needed maintenance and may not always be accessible during your stay. We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience and will do our best to endeavour to help you, however as it is out of our control we won't honour refunds if this is the case.
✓ Normal CBD Street noise and potential construction noise is a possibility given the location of the accommodation so may not be suited to a noise sensitive person.
✓ If there is a problem with the accommodation you must report it to us with evidence and give our team the chance and time to rectify before any kind of refund will be issued
✓ Any alteration requests within 14 days of check in will not be approved.
✓ This is a non-smoking property smoking is not permitted inside or on the balcony of this property please move away from common areas any smoking inside or outside the unit can result in body corporate fines and damages and consequently result in loss of your security deposit.
