- There are no stairs inside or outside the property.
- The keys will be left at the hotel reception opposite the lifts accessible between 7 am and 7 pm. If you arrive outside this window, the keys are left in a lockbox wall outside 91 Northburne Ave and and available 24/7. We will send you the access code 3 days prior to your arrival through the booking portal.

- There are no stairs inside or outside the property.
- To access the on-site parking, enter the carpark via the alleyway on the left-hand side of the building and tap the fob on the sensor. Drive down to the lower basement, then drive up without turning and the allocated car space is 47 which is the second spot to your right.
- Located on a busy road.
- Guest lounge, BBQ and half-size tennis court are located on the 7th floor.
- The gym is located on the 2nd floor.
