"While this property is listed as “two stars,” it is worth it to overlook that rating and give this place a try. If you’re visiting Great Barrington, it is conveniently located right on Main Street, and a minutes walk from the shops and restaurants. There is a huge parking lot, with lots of spots. Additionally, there is a free breakfast offered every morning with your stay…there’s juice, coffee, waffle machine, eggs, sausage and yogurts. Considering how affordable it is per night, a free breakfast is definitely a plus! I would like to give a special shoutout to the concierge Brian at the front desk. He was very amicable and knowledgeable on things to do in the area."

"Bert was great - he really tried to help after the Expedia website (and app) made it impossible for me to cancel my trip (my wife and I came down with Influenza A). There was little he could do as I had booked through Expedia. I ended up paying full price and am finding it impossible to communicate with Expedia..."
