We are Among an HOA that provides Beach access to the Lake, Pickle and Tennis courts, a home gym. Biking, hiking and running are just steps outside the chalet. Skiing at Bristol Mountain is 7 minutes away.
Fully private lake house with 24-hour self-entry access. Property access codes will be sent out after the Online Check in and rental agreement have been completed.
Rental Rules & Restrictions. Guest agrees to abide by the Rules and Regulations of Bristol Harbour Village Association and any other restrictions.
Short-term tenants are authorized to use the following BHVA common elements and amenities only: Roads, beach, elevator to beach, the pedestrian bridge to the elevator, playground, basketball court, outdoor car wash, trash and recycling center. Use of the pickleball and tennis courts by Short-Term Renters will be permitted for shared use from 3 PM to Dusk daily unless a scheduled event is being hosted. Short-Term Tenants are not authorized to use: the Community Center, fitness room, BHVA-owned BBQ grill, kayaks or paddleboard rental program, and fire pits.

HOUSE RULES:
1. "There is no place like home." That is my rule, treat the property like your home and take care of the place. Suck the life out of every day. Enjoy yourself, you are on vacation!
2. NO SMOKING inside the house.
3. PETS.Please inquire.
4. Garbage Management: You are responsible for returning the property in the same clean condition as received at time of check-in. Before check-out, guest/guests are required to remove all bags of garbage from the premises. Failure to do so may result in higher-than-normal cleaning fees which guest/guests will be responsible for.
5. No Discounts.
6. Disturbances: No loud noise after 11 p.m. The Town of South Bristol enforces this by-law strictly. A complaint may result in arrival of police and fines. We are aware we are a multi unit building and sounds, noises and disturbances can happen during your stay.
7.Timing - Please respect the check-in & check-out times. Reach out if amendments are required to see if they can be met.
8. Online check- in form, guest verification and rental agreement to be signed before access codes are sent out.
9. Please note that renters average age must be 25 years of age or older to book and stay at this property. Valid ID will be required upon booking and check-in to ensure compliance.
