A tip, currently the hotel have an initiative, where if you agree that your room does not require daily cleaning you can get your breakfast free for the "no clean" days. Both tram and train stations are within a few minutes walk from the hotel. The C6 airport bus drops off/picks up from the train station."

"The hotel is a small part of a big residential building, it’s a different experience than other hotels but when we visited ( January ) it was just perfect, it was not too busy, it was mostly locals and we thoroughly enjoyed the sunny days. Great sea view from the malvenu and even better from the lobby, the restaurant is very small- be aware that you need to state what time you’ll be having dinner as they can’t accommodate more than their capacity for dinner. "Cool apartment hotel I liked it! I have long wanted to find something in the center of Alicante and something new not old. I spent the night here twice, once for work, the second time with my family! I liked everything. Clean, cozy, modern, everything smelled like spruce on New Year's Eve, there is a recreation area in the lobby where you can sit, drink coffee and meet your neighbors. "Such a beautiful hotel and great location, in the old town and just a few minutes from the beach, shops and the bus to the airport. The room was spacious and beautifully designed with a comfortable bed. There’s a nice cafe for breakfast too. Highly recommend. "
