"Gorgeous property with beautiful walking trails and lots of wildlife. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Went above and beyond. The house is well equipped and exactly what we were looking for. Bijagua is a quaint little town with friendly people. Car rental would be recommended. Overall an incredible experience. "Our group of 2 families enjoyed the stay here. We had everything we needed. The location is beautiful, but very windy. The scenery was the highlight for adults. Kids loved the mini golf and the upstairs loft (beware of the steep steps). It is about an hour drive to the volcano. Lots to see and do within an hour drive in all directions. There is nice food close by "

The food was delivered hot to the house and was plentiful and good. It was odd that in the very well stocked kitchen, there was no silverware. We don’t know if there was no hot water or if we didn’t figure out how to use it. Some outside chairs would have been nice "

"This is a very unique house in a very quiet and peaceful location. We only visited for 1 night so we did not get to enjoy it as much as we could have. Small miscommunication with our booking but as we went on an evening tour, things were straightened out and all was well by the time we returned. We had a very action packed time closer to La Fortuna so this house fit our low key plans. "We have stayed ar over 20 rental properties. And this one was by far the best! The house and grounds are beautiful. Patrick is an amazing host! We ended up with a flat tire and he arranged to have it taken into town to be repaired.The daily breakfast provided were also amazing and different every day!I can’t recommend this property enough!"
