Enjoy unobstructed mountain views from the covered terrace and garden shaded by large plane trees. This house, located on a plain, will offer you an exceptional view of the mountain, but also all the comfort you need, 5 minutes from a white sand beach (ALISTRO), not forgetting the many rivers that the COSTA VERDE has to offer. This charming house in the countryside is close to all amenities, wooded with the scent of the maquis, and benefits from the proximity of the Rivabella thalassotherapy center; you'll be ideally placed at the center of tourist sites and activities: MORIANI-PLAGE, the beach of ALISTRO, the needles of BAVELLA, PORTOVECCHIO (about 1h15 away), the cliffs of BONIFACIO, etc. ... .

It has two bedrooms with 140cm beds, and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen is very well equipped (microwave, oven...) The property extends over three hectares with numerous fruit trees and ornamental shrubs.

You'll be close to shops, beaches, mountains and all the tourist activities of COSTA VERDE. Numerous horse-riding centers in the region will enable you to discover the beaches and the hinterland. Shops and restaurants are just 2 km away. The region is sought-after for its authenticity, tranquility and proximity to numerous summer activities.
