"My wife got stuck in the bathroom due to a faulty door. It took over an hour of me harassing the hotel staff to get maintenance that was dealing with a broken elevator. I pointed out no one was actually in the elevator, and in the event of a fire, my wife would be trapped. The manager was dismissive and didn’t care. "Great stay and amazing location next to the beach, with close amenities. Great breakfast and pool areas with lovely views. Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Only thing to watch is it is large hotel where some rooms do not have nice views/are not refurbed to quite the same spec as photos- shout out to Santiago who was very understanding of this but just a note for some feedback. "

"Great hotel. Clean, safe and welcoming. Good restaurant and a 24/7 gym. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'll definitely come back. The only area of improvement can be the firmness of the bed mattress and pillows. They were a little soft. "
