Located in Wolfe County, Ky only 10 minutes from the Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge State Park, this completely secluded log cabin is ideal for nature enthusiasts, hikers, rock climbers, off-road adventurers and those just looking for the perfect family or romantic getaway.

Located on 120 acres of private property this is cabin country living at its best with a luxury feel and very easy 2 wheel drive parking! This newly- constructed cabin comfortably sleeps 6. Guests will appreciate the 360 degrees of total privacy surrounding the cabin. Not another house in site. Enjoy sunrises/sunsets/kayaking and fishing at Campton Lake only 2 minutes from cabin. Enjoy catch and release fishing in our 1 acre pond.

Relax in our new 6 person hot tub in the privacy of the back porch surrounded by nature at its finest.
other outdoor amenities include: firepit (firewood available for purchase on site), double hammock, bistro and patio sets on deck, park style charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal), and spacious parking.

This cabin is constructed of solid wood throughout for the true cabin experience. Open concept living area with spacious loft. Living area includes a 55' flatscreen TV (WIFI) and electric fireplace. Kitchen is fully functional with all new appliances. Master bedroom with KING bed and 2 FULL beds in loft. Bathroom includes open, walk-in shower.

Amazing Cabin
Very cozy, clean and comfortable cabin with all the amenities. Loved the fire pit, hot tub, fire place and nice cozy blankets provided in each room. Everything is in a short driving distance from the cabin. Excellent communication with owner. Cabin is beautiful we will return!

Great Wood Cabin Getaway

Perfect Private Location
Whispering Hemlock was the perfect spot for a short trip with my husband. We spent most of our days hiking in the Red River Gorge and surrounding areas. After a day of hiking we would come back to enjoy the hot tub! Everything was super clean. Highly recommend and would stay here again if we were to return to the area.

Beautiful cabin! Super clean! Very comfortable beds! Came to the area for kayaking and hiking, and the cabin's location was excellent! Our family loved the private fishing pond and hot tub. Wonderful Whispering Hemlock
We had a wonderful stay here! It was beautiful and cozy, and one of the cleanest placest we’ve stayed in. Everything is very new. Comfortable beds, fluffy soft towels, and everything we needed in the kitchen. The hot tub was ready to go when we got there and we loved having it after a day of hiking. We also enjoyed the privacy and it wasn’t too far from our activities. Hope to stay again someday. Thank you!

Perfect Getaway
Beautiful cabin and close to everything. Plenty to do in the area. The cabin was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. The cabin is private but close to town. This A-frame cabin was adorable with oak furnishings, it was clean and spacious. The hot tub was nice after a long day of hiking and kitchen equipped with items for cooking. Plenty of blankets and the big windows were gorgeous for viewing the outdoors. Love the loft! Thank you.

AMAZING CABIN!!
My husband and I spent our 33rd wedding anniversary here!! The cabin is simply beautiful! We were greeted with a rose and chocolate candies for our arrival! The place made us feel at home, it was furnished with everything you could need, very clean and inviting! Close to all the Red River Gorge activities, zip lining, kayaks skylift and the park. Excellent communication with the owners as well. It was an amazing weekend get away!!

My husband and I spent a long weekend here, and it was absolutely amazing! So quiet, clean, and perfect. The owner takes pride in cleanliness, and when they say it’s private…it’s private! Exactly what we needed. We were lucky enough to have some rain which was incredible on the tin roof that covered the hot tub. Communication with the owner was easily and he’s very friendly. I cannot wait to visit again. Thank you!

Wonderful stay in the woods
My wife and I had a great week of vacation here! The cabin is newly built and of great quality. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the place was immaculately clean, and had everything you’d need for a week stay. Access is easy via paved road and just a couple minutes out of Campton. All the rock climbing and hiking of the gorge is easily accessible from here but is located in a nice, low traffic area. The hot tub and hammock were great for relaxing and everything was very well taken care of. The quality of everything was a step above all other rentals I’ve stayed at in the past and I’d highly recommend this as a place to stay. It was obvious that the owners care a lot about providing a wonderful experience for their guests and were very helpful with any questions we had.

Perfect Anniversary Weekend.
I could go on and on about how great this cabin was. It was easy to find with the gps coordinates. It was everything advertised in the listing and more. The hot tub was amazing the bed was extremely comfortable. The whole property was clean as a whistle. Only people we seen were the very rare car that drove down the road 100 yards away. If your looking for a place to escape the world but not get lost getting there this is the place. It was the most romantic and peacful weekend me and my wife have ever had.

We go to the Gorge a couple times a year and always get a cabin. Very clean and new. You do not need 4WD and it was easy to find. Owner made everything very easy. Oh and the firepit was awesome!

Enjoyed our stay!! Cabin was clean with had everything you needed, as well as wifi. Hot tub was clean and a good size. Firepit was stocked with wood. Porch is surround for whichever view you choose. Furniture was new and has a walk in shower... wonderful cabin.
