Welcome to Cardinal's Perch!  This private, pet friendly 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located in the woods of Campton NH right off I93. Enjoy the convenience of being only 5 miles from Plymouth for shopping. Go on a 16 mile adventure to Waterville Valley Resort or 20 miles to Loon Mountain... and return to your private residence with a 2-bay garage. This home has a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy a movie or a game in the comfortable living room.  Everyone gets a good night sleep with 3 1st floor bedrooms including a bunk room and a Queen with an attached bathroom.

1st floor: bedroom 1: king, bedroom 2: Queen, bedroom 3: 3 twin, 1 full (bunks) bathrooms: 1 full, 1 3/4

Sorry, no smoking. Age min. of 24 for all adult groups.  Up to 8 adults or families of 10
