Desastre!! Equipe mal preparada.
Passei por uma situação muito constragedora nesse hotel e fui muito mal tratado pela equipe. Devido a um Over Book, eles fizeram de tudo para que eu deixasse o hotel pois chegaria um outro hóspede para ocupar o quarto que eu estava acomodado, sendo que eu já havia pago todas as diárias de um pacote de réveillon. Tiveram a ousadia de tirarem meus pertences do quarto enquanto eu não estava no hotel. As acomodações da categoria Supreme sao excelentes mas a equipe é muito mal preparada e mal educada. Nunca mais volto nesse hotel e não recomendo a ninguém.

Um lindo e confortável hotel
Hotel muito bom. Com excelentes utensílios de cama e banho, de ótima qualidade. Cama king, muito confortável. Café da manhã com boas opções e a atendente do café sempre muito cortês para oferecer ovos mexidos e um cafezinho feito na hora. Uma excelente opção de hospedagem para quem busca sossego e descanso.

Dotto Chateu
O hotel e confortavel, as instalações são novas e de bom gosto. O staff foi muito atencioso e prestativo. Fiquei insatisfeito com o horario do check in que é as 16 hrs e muito insatisfeico com uma taxa de serviço de 10%, SURPRESA que me apresentaram no check out.
